🔧 Services: Web HostingDomain Registration ICANN registrar Own datacenter⇔ Redirected domains: alldomains.uz ahost.cloud
aHOST is the hosting and domain brand of SUVAN NET LLC (also owning alldomains.uz ), a Tashkent-based company active since 2010. It has grown into one of the main infrastructure providers in Uzbekistan, combining hosting in the local TAS-IX network with services in a German data center. The platform targets both small websites and more demanding projects, and serves tens of thousands of domains and over 37,000 customers across the country and abroad.
Domains are a core part of the business. aHOST is a leading registrar for .UZ domains and also works with over a thousand international extensions. Customers can register names for up to ten years, transfer existing domains, and in many cases get a .UZ domain free for the first year when they pay annually for hosting. There are more specialized options too, such as emoji domains, DNSSEC support and NFT-style certificates for .UZ domain ownership, which is fairly unique for a regional provider.
On the hosting side, the offer is split between shared hosting in Uzbekistan (TAS-IX) and NVMe-based shared hosting in Germany. TAS-IX plans are tuned for sites whose audience is mainly within Uzbekistan, with servers placed in a local data center and connected directly to the domestic exchange. All plans use SSD storage, come with unmetered traffic, and allow multiple websites per account. Even the smallest packages can host more than one site, while higher tiers provide several gigabytes of SSD space and room for fifteen to twenty projects under a single login. For local companies, institutions and agencies that manage multiple .UZ sites, this structure is very practical.
German hosting targets international projects. Here the focus is on NVMe SSD storage in a European data center, again paired with unmetered bandwidth and a generous number of sites per account. Lower tiers start around 0.5–1 GB of NVMe space for a couple of websites, while high-end plans go up to roughly 50 GB and can host dozens of sites (up to about 100). This is well suited to resellers and agencies that prefer to consolidate many smaller projects inside one powerful account rather than juggling multiple separate plans.
For more resource-intensive use cases, aHOST provides virtual dedicated servers (VDS) and classic dedicated servers (DS) in the TAS-IX network. VDS plans use SSD storage from about 25 GB up to 400 GB, with RAM ranging from 1 to 8 GB and between one and six CPU cores, plus a dedicated IPv4 address. Bandwidth is structured as up to 10 Mbit/s on the international channel and up to 100 Mbit/s inside TAS-IX, effectively with unlimited traffic. Dedicated servers are based on Intel Xeon platforms with up to 64 GB RAM and multiple terabytes of disk, and can be combined with configurable bandwidth and administration packages. For customers who need to stay entirely within Uzbek jurisdiction but still want serious compute power, these DS and VDS lines are a realistic alternative to foreign providers.
On top of domains, shared hosting, VDS and DS, the portfolio includes reseller hosting, a large range of SSL certificates (dozens of products from major international CAs), DNS services, and extras like DNSSEC and NFT certificates for .UZ. The platform integrates a SitePad website builder and one-click WordPress tools, so less technical users can still launch sites quickly while advanced users retain full cPanel and server-side control. Overall, the service mix feels broad and coherent rather than a random collection of add-ons.
Based on WHTop’s monitoring of web hosting plans—covering both pricing and product configuration—ahost.uz has maintained largely the same hosting products since May 2020. While prices have been adjusted over time, most feature sets appear broadly consistent with earlier versions. This continuity can be interpreted as evidence of a stable product line and an operational approach that prioritizes incremental pricing updates over frequent restructuring of plan definitions, which may reflect a comparatively steady, predictable service model.
💰 Price & Cost
Pricing is denominated in Uzbek sum (UZS) and sits in the middle range of the local market. Shared hosting in the TAS-IX data center starts at roughly 15,000 UZS per month for the smallest SSD plan with about 200 MB of space and two websites. Subsequent tiers step up through 500 MB, 1–2 GB, 3 GB and 5–10 GB of SSD storage, with the number of sites rising to 5, 10, 15 and 20 respectively. Monthly fees for these larger plans climb to a little over 100,000 UZS, but still include unmetered traffic, email accounts and databases in line with the number of hosted sites.
German NVMe hosting begins at around 22,000 UZS per month for 500 MB and two websites, then runs through many intermediate plans. Higher tiers offer 10–50 GB of NVMe storage and can support 30–100 sites per account, with prices roughly between 150,000 UZS and 500,000 UZS monthly. This fine-grained ladder lets users pay quite precisely for the capacity and number of projects they need, rather than jumping abruptly between "small" and "large" plans.
VDS tariffs start at approximately 150,000 UZS per month for 25 GB SSD, 1 GB RAM and one CPU core, scaling up to around 800,000 UZS for 400 GB SSD, 8 GB RAM and six cores. Dedicated servers are naturally more expensive: typical monthly fees begin near 1.8 million UZS for a single-CPU Xeon with 16 GB RAM and 1 TB of disk, with larger configurations priced proportionally higher. There are installation fees on DS contracts, but longer prepayments can remove or reduce these, which is useful for long-term projects.
Domain pricing is straightforward. A standalone .UZ domain is around 27,000 UZS per year, with registration possible for up to ten years in one go. When the customer buys any annual hosting plan, a .UZ domain can be included free for the first year, which significantly improves the overall value of the entry-level hosting packages. International domains have their own price table and follow upstream registry pricing, but remain competitive for the region.
Payment convenience is one of aHOST’s strong points. Customers can use local bank cards (UzCard, HUMO), online payment systems such as Payme, Click, Paynet, Upay and other local providers, as well as Visa/MasterCard for international cards. Legal entities can pay by bank transfer, and it is still possible to pay in cash at the office. The personal account works on a balance system, allowing users to top up once and then pay invoices from that balance, which is comfortable when managing multiple services at once.
Where aHOST is more conservative is refunds. There is no typical "7-day" or "30-day" money-back guarantee on hosting. The Public Offer states that returning funds from the account balance is done only upon a formal request from the account owner, and payments for services already provided are, as a rule, not refundable—especially if a service was blocked or removed due to rule violations. In practice this means the platform is better suited to customers committed to using it long term than to those seeking a risk-free trial.
🏢 Data Center
aHOST operates from two primary locations: a data center in Tashkent connected to the TAS-IX exchange, and a data center in Germany. Sites that primarily target visitors in Uzbekistan are usually placed in the TAS-IX facility, which benefits from very low local latency and inexpensive domestic connectivity. Projects aimed at wider international or European audiences can be hosted in Germany, keeping them geographically closer to end users while still managed through the same interface and support team.
In Uzbekistan, shared hosting plans use SSD storage based on V-NAND technology. For German shared hosting, disks are explicitly NVMe SSD, which gives noticeably higher I/O performance and is advertised as significantly faster than classic SATA SSD. The VDS line also uses SSD, while dedicated servers rely on enterprise-grade Intel Xeon processors and can be equipped with both SATA and SSD options depending on the chosen configuration. This setup lets customers choose between capacity-oriented disks and higher-performing SSD/NVMe, depending on workload.
Network-wise, VDS and DS servers usually come with up to 100 Mbit/s inside the TAS-IX network and a separate international channel whose speed and traffic policy depend on the selected Internet add-on (limited or effectively unlimited, with several tiers up to higher Mbit rates). This is particularly attractive for projects that generate heavy local traffic but a more modest international footprint, as it keeps domestic performance high while controlling costs on the external link.
From a reliability and compliance standpoint, aHOST offers 99.9% uptime guarantee and runs 24/7 active monitoring of servers and critical systems. The company holds a national telecom license (license AA № 0006680) and operates as an accredited registrar not just for .UZ but also within wider ICANN and other registry programs (with alldomains.uz website). For customers that care about clear legal status, licensing and proper registrar accreditation, this gives the platform a solid backbone compared to smaller unlicensed resellers.
✍️ Customer Support
Customer support is built around a central ticket system in the client area, which is the main way to contact the technical team. Users can open tickets for hosting, domains, VDS/DS and billing tasks, and track responses in one place. There is a reasonably detailed knowledge base with sections for cPanel hosting, payment methods, DNS, email, SSL, WordPress and VDS administration, plus a forum and blog for additional information and announcements.
The technical support department works 24/7, including weekends and public holidays, even when the sales office is closed. Numerous holiday schedule announcements confirm that, during days when the office is closed, technical support continues to operate according to the support regulations. Those regulations state a typical ticket response time of up to four hours, which is realistic for a provider of this size: not instant live chat, but responsive enough for most hosting issues.
Communication channels are quite diverse. In addition to tickets, aHOST lists several phone numbers for direct contact, as well as info at ahost.uz for email correspondence. There is also a dedicated "appeal to management" route for escalations, allowing customers to raise more serious concerns directly with the company’s leadership if standard support interactions are not sufficient. For managed infrastructure, dedicated server packages include a number of free administration hours per month, and there are clear tariffs for purchasing additional admin time, which is helpful for organizations without in-house system administrators.
🔨 Control Panel
For everyday hosting management, aHOST uses cPanel across several servers (for example server1.ahost.uz, server2.ahost.uz, uz01.ahost.uz and de.ahost.cloud ). Customers log in via dedicated links for cPanel and webmail, and then work with the familiar interface: file manager, MySQL databases, email accounts, DNS zone editor, cron jobs, and so on. A DNS management module is enabled so customers can adjust DNS zones themselves without opening a ticket, which is a practical detail for more technical users.
Billing and service administration are handled through a separate client area tied to each account. From there, users can order new services, register and renew domains, top up their balance, change tariffs, and create support tickets. VDS customers get additional controls inside the same panel, including OS reinstall for Linux and Windows, console access, and power management (reboot, shutdown), making it possible to manage virtual servers almost as comfortably as physical machines.
Beyond cPanel and the client area, aHOST integrates tools like the SitePad website builder and provides dedicated knowledge base sections for WordPress, SSL and DNSSEC. These additions help less experienced users build and maintain sites without touching the command line, while still leaving enough depth for administrators who prefer full server access and custom configurations.
🎯 Conclusion
Overall, aHOST is a mature, locally grounded provider rather than a simple reseller. The combination of TAS-IX SSD hosting, German NVMe plans, a comprehensive domain platform and serious VDS/DS options covers a wide spectrum of needs, from small personal sites to complex multi-site portfolios and custom application stacks. Integration with .UZ domain registration, DNSSEC and NFT certificates further underlines its role as a central player in Uzbekistan’s domain and hosting ecosystem. The main strengths lie in its local data center presence, 99.9% uptime guarantee, 24/7 monitoring and support, a broad mix of hosting and server products, and very flexible payment options that suit both individuals and companies. The tight integration of domains, hosting, SSL and servers within a single account also simplifies life for agencies and resellers that manage many projects.
There are some caveats. Entry-level shared plans, especially in TAS-IX, offer relatively modest disk space compared to what some global budget hosts advertise, so customers with heavy media sites may need to move to higher tiers quickly. The refund policy is relatively strict, without an easy money-back guarantee, which makes it important to choose plans carefully before committing. And while there is an English-language interface, much of the richer documentation and community content is still primarily in Russian and Uzbek, so foreign users may need a bit more patience.
For individuals, businesses and institutions that want their infrastructure rooted in Uzbekistan, with reliable local connectivity, cPanel hosting, and the ability to scale up to VDS or dedicated servers without leaving the same ecosystem, aHOST is a solid and well-established candidate. Those looking mainly for ultra-cheap experimentation or very generous "anytime refund" policies might prefer another provider, but for serious long-term projects in and around the Uzbek market, aHOST is easy to recommend.
