There was one issue when a server had problems and the support response was rather slow until we called them directly. Gigapros team has definitely helped ultimahosts worldwide expansion. The speed is amazing, very reliable, the support is fantastic (we needed a server reset, they done it within 20 minutes), the price is great! It's very hard to over state how good these guys really are. The provider I have been working for has switched all of their hosting over to Gigapros in the past few weeks, the reason? There's nobody better out there. Might upgrade to a root server soon and I will definitely stay with them. Can't fault these guys!

I tend to read small prints when I sign a contract so have never been surprised by the fact that hosting usually costs a little more from the second year on (it's still cheap!). When I first moved to basic hosting with Gigapros I was floored by the quick way they responded in online chats and how easy they made it to resolve issues. When I took over the responsibility for finding a new host and uploading the sites myself, I needed help and these guys were very patient. Recently, one of my sites got hacked and I hadn't backed it for a few weeks. They replaced the corrupted files from their backup and fixed my site for me and didn't charge a penny.

I know just enough to be dangerous, and Gigapros web has been great in both helping me do more and be safe at the same time. Support can be reached through MSN for immediate assistance, and through tickets/email which they respond to in a matter of minutes. So if you want an inexpensive and very functional site, this host is the way to go.

If I've ever had issues, Gigapros is always very attentive and quick to assist in any way they can. The price is a steal too. The uptime is great, and when there are issues, which is rare, I am able to contact them within minutes either via Instant Messenger or phone 24/7 and they have the issues fixed within minutes. I wouldn't recommend any other host. It is the only host I'll ever use.

The price for what you actually get seems very good. My VPS is very quick. Why I stick with Gigapros mainly is because whenever I've had issues (my fault or otherwise) their support is fast and knowledgeable and can be relied upon to sort you out. Since I'm a developer, one of the main pros is having SSH access (with tunnel support) along with a good set of tools. Highly recommend it to all my fellow developers.

I've had never had a problem with any of the sites hosted at Gigapros server. Their control panel is intuitive and powerful. The service offers me a lot of freedom when creating/modifying my sites with support for PHP, MySQL, PERL, and all that good stuff. For me, it is the principal aggregate value. The control panel interface is fairly intuitive and it's easy to manage most things through their web interface. Anything you can't figure out can be resolved with a quick email or support call. Another good point also, is the lack of downtime - really good. I work on other sites for clients, hosted with a variety of popular hosts and regularly find that they go offline during the night, for server upgrades, maintenance. You know, guys, everything has only ever been good and I do recommend Gigapros provider!

Gigapros provides superb support... I tend to place fairly technical support calls. In over 20 support calls (almost never for a problem, almost always for an implementation or coding question) I have never had worse than 15 mins first response, usually with an appropriate resolution. Calls that took longer clearly needed to take longer.
