Assistenza proattiva sui problemi ai nodi, migrazione di macchina virtuale a loro carico quando hanno rilevato un problema, e possibilitĂ di modificare i parametri tra cui dimensione del disco, in modo veloce e sicuro. Il costo è in linea con offerte Business e l'affidabilitĂ del servizio ad oggi rimane con un uptime del 100% - Assistenza via TT veloce (1 ora tra apertura e chiusura su richieste normali) - Consiglio visto che hanno tempi di rilascio e condizioni interessanti

😁 Ho scelto Netsons molti anni fa come unico fornitore di servizi di hosting perchè fin da subito mi ha colpito la velocitĂ e l'efficacia del servizio di assistenza. Al contrario di altri provider, che sembrano voler nascondere i dati per contattare l'assistenza e danno risposte generiche con personale poco qualificato, Netsons ha fatto di questo aspetto un vero punto di forza.
Non vale la pena risparmiare 5 euro l'anno se poi quando hai bisogno di assistenza "gli altri" non rispondono! ;)
