😉 Hardware is Good
The hardware they are providing is the best for the price.
I didn't find any other providers offering the same latest hardwares for the price reliablesite offering. Also the network side is also the best. Even we can announce our own IP block under own ASN. Network speed also great.
The only thing I hate is the support team. We can see admins working on the server via Java console. I happened to see one of the admin struggling with basic linux commands.
Reliablesite should definitely check the skill set of their techs.

😠 Absolute worst
After the company spent hundreds of thousand on servers and we use them for many years they leak our information which led to our 17 year domain being stolen so we were unable to pay for our services. Then they demanded payment and said pretty much we don't care we want you to pay the service or we will suspend it and when I asked them to stop suspending the services and we'll take care of that when we return the domain, because we're going to sue them for the damages they caused, and they said this is last communication you'll hear from us since you're sending legal threats.
Now password for the support panel changed so we are not able to access the ticket where we can see that there staff leaked information on a scammer that was later able to steal our domain name from our register based on this information

😠 From the start had a couple of issues, ordered a server with 5 IPs wouldnt allow me to have the 4 additional IPs without a fight. couple issues with random drop outs along the way. facing a big issue with billing at the moment and the company doesn't care. Support/accounts take hours to respond. usual response is about 12 hours apart. overall they don't care about the customer, just about the dollars. You cant get anyone on the phone. Live chat is useless. If you need a mission critical server. look elsewhere.
