Webgate's storage services are accompanied by the most advanced management interfaces, some of which are independent of the company's independent development. The company's servers are mostly hosted on a virtualization-based private cloud, and are located on Bezeq International's server farm in Petah Tikva, Israel. Webgate has storage, network, information security and independent and exclusive backups. Bezeq International provides Internet connectivity and communication cabinets. All Company equipment, including firewalls, switches, backup equipment and servers owned and operated by Webgate.

We at Webgate were among the first companies in the country to offer PHP and MySQL-based web hosting, we were the first to offer cPanel and Plesk management interface on Windows servers and are currently at the forefront of technology with cloud computing systems that include international level survivability and redundancy.

Although we host thousands of sites and receive dozens of new customers each month, the service and professional customer care above all. We are a service company and when the customers are satisfied they just stay and tell their friends. The percentage of departures stands at a few percent a year, compared to consistent growth of tens of percent each year. We know we are doing a good job because of the results in the field. Webgate does not have a service commitment policy, a customer can leave at any time, even if paid for the period ahead. We do not attempt to bind the customer in any way, not in any technological or commercial way, and are proud to win customer trust every month.
